Build looks great man. Looks like a lot of us have the same thing going on these days. lol.
But to the those of you who are curious about having a 220 service installed its very easy and anybody can do it. especially in a garage or anywhere the fuse box is easy accessible to run a new 30amp wire to a new plug. and then all that you have to do is plug in a new double pole 30 amp breaker or use two 110 15amp breakers. just cant be scared of electricity. lol. nothing to be scared of after you shut the main breaker off anyway.

Also, that is very good to know about getting 220V, as it's something that I'll have to do fairly soon
.EGT indeed
Yep, all the way out in Indiana

However, nothing fits..at all. I have no motivation left for this piece of ****.
TB is too wide. Hits fuel rail fitting. I think I'm going to have to get a new elbow welded on the UICP because it sits too far inside the TB, but that was to be expected with the flange on the IM.
This car is going to ****ing sit in my garage for a long, long time.

It should perform very well, however, it's a pain to clear.
I'll go ahead and jump in here and say curt didn't do anything wrong with the intake manifold. My manifold is still on a stock flange that I've welded and ported to match the 70mm fullblown TB. It is EXTREAMLY close on mine as well however there is no way you can run a straight fitting off the rail, Like you have done. A 90, 60, maybe a 45 should work perfectly fine for you.
Let me know if you need a picture of what I'm talking about. Now I can't say the thickness of the flange didn't have to do with the ic piping fitting the way it does. We have used a few of these throttle body's and never had any fittment issues.

I refer Curt's products to half the people on this forum, I surely don't mean to sound like I was bashing
.I'll grab a 90* and some more line.
I worked the entire summer every day on this car in one way or another and didn't even get to drive it over 3K RPMs, so it was a bit frustrating as because of the TB not fitting I can't even drive it before I leave for school, that's all.
If I lived in PA man I would have given ya a hand and we could of had it running for you. My uncle lives in PA so I end up going down there quite a lot.
Once I get my car together I'm going to be taking a drive down there. If you happen to be home from school and need a hand I will be most likely around Levit town which is where my uncle lives.

Do you have experience with this setup on a stock return line? Meaning if it would clear?
Take off the fitting and put a 30 degree on it, at most a 45. Put the fitting on facing 7-7:30 and it will still look clean and work just fine. Throttle body includes bolts to go through about 10-14mm of flange, why did you need different bolts in the first place? Let me guess the flange isn't threaded......
