Take off the fitting and put a 30 degree on it, at most a 45. Put the fitting on facing 7-7:30 and it will still look clean and work just fine. Throttle body includes bolts to go through about 10-14mm of flange, why did you need different bolts in the first place? Let me guess the flange isn't threaded......
You think a 45 would clear? I'm worried about buying fittings and having them not clear seeing as the damn things are like $20 a piece. I already have $50 in fittings that didn't fit other stuff, but no -8an. We will find out soon.
The flange isn't threaded, but it was no big. Curt's going to be including bolts with all of the IMs now and offered to reimburse me for the bolts without me saying anything

A 45 should be perfect. That's what I'm using on mine and it clears fine. No way a straight would work on mine.
Collin
I think a 30 would be better and pointed at 7:30 it will look more "straight/natural" in my opinion. 45 will work too.
-8 huh? Overkill.

Oh, I know the -8an is overkill. The previous owner had an inline pump right there with -8an line on both sides so I just put a -8an hardline and never felt the need to change it.
Is this the BAT you're speaking of?

I want to get a -45* just so I know it will clear. Also....$35 a fitting is a bit nuts haha. I use JNZ's fitting guy and he can get me a -8an 45* swivel for like $15 and I've never had one leak or break. That's what I used on the entire catch can and fuel rail setup that I have now. Do you not like his fittings?

The one and only Indianapolis. Indiana means Indiana, apolis means city of in Latin... I think. Going to Fathouse tomorrow to see if they can make my ride any sweeter than it is. I have an aftermarket PINK car seat in the back(NFS) and a impact removed front air dam much like the one your evo originally sported me thinks. You went with the Duraflex bumper cover? Anyway I have an empty Yeungling Laaaahhhhggger can that I refill with Stroh's to sate my thirst. And refill it I shall. piece "my friend" (sorry couldn't resist Levar)

Due to your Midwest heritage I'm truly surprised your beer of taste isn't 'Boxer'.
Everyone is picking up on your manners lately
.Also, folks, I have a hard decision to make.
I must decide between buying a Vband, small tube, T3 kit from Fathouse (to run a BB 6262 come winter) or a Buschur Cast 37r kit that's for sale in the classifieds. I want to do a turbo now and be done with the car instead of having stuff over my head that I know I can change in the future.
Official goal is 550-600whp on 93 and full boost before 4500.

The Fathouse kit would be a small tube design, which is probably just as conducive to spool up as a Buschur Cast manifold.
