new radiator also completed

 

here is my latest in car from my local track, now the fastest evo there

 

 

Nice Any plans for a rear diffuser?

 

I have a floor and diffuser, its just not fitted in that picture

love these last few pic's George, looks mint.

also the radiator end thanks are pretty clever, how were they done?

 

the radiator end tanks were hand beaten out of alloy sheet with a shaped piece of timber as the "mould", sooo smooth inside.

 

had a few things going on

I have fitted an evo 4 steering rack as it has a quicker ration than the 2 one.
It has been solid mounted to the crossmember also.





Also upgraded to 18x9.5 +15 with some 265/35 -18s
A bad pic with the new boots on, clearance looks fine, should still have plenty of room.

 

I have also fitted some new injectors, siemens 2400s, hopefully give me less head aches on the corn juice.
same size and plugs as the old bosch ones which is a bonus




I have also had the roof and rear 1/4s moulded in fibreglass

Here is a rear 1/4 out of the mould, still needs a polish but only weigh 2.2kgs per side




also had a bit of a look at the turbo today, looks all good so just gave it a clean and chucked it back together
