Well I got all but one of the brake pad guide bolts out. I need a bigger EZ out but I'll get that tomorrow.

I need to take the rears off so I can send these off to powder and get them back on the car.

Broken bolts/studs are nasty business. Keep up the hard work, though.

Intercooler core is ordered, going to order the radiator core tomorrow so I can get started on the meat and potatoes of this thing. I've finally figured out how I want to run the turbo and exhaust and that has me excited to get this thing back on the road.

Intercooler core is here. 24 x 12.1 x 4.5... I know, it's over sized for what I'm going to use it for but I won't ever have to worry about if I'm "running out of intercooler."

I also had this fitting machined for my Evo X, it's a PCV delete fitting. That'll help with additional crank case venting.

Radiator core is up next. Had a customer bring me his Evo X from Cleveland and needed to get cams, springs, timing chain, exhaust manifold, turbo, head gasket, head studs, wire tuck, injectors, fuel pump as well as an entire front mount and drilling out some broken off bolts. Needless to say I've been incredibly busy this week trying to get that done and orders filled. I hope to be making more progress on this 8 soon! I think the first track event is in a little over 2 months.

I've been so busy man. Just picked up some big vendors and I'm moving into a new shop at the end of the month. Needless to say, this car hasn't been a priority! I need to order the radiator core so I can build the radiator and the inter cooler so I can start on the turbo kit.

Very interesting to read about your project. Thanks for sharing.
Digging the power coating of the inlet and throttle body.
Definitely subbed to your project.
All the best.
