Flip the DV and post closeup of your HBC controller with its connections.

If your HBC is connected this way, it's fine. (One of your photos look like it was plumbed to the turbo intake hose).

If your boost spike is at 5500 rpm, you're leaking boost badly. Stock turbos should spike around 3500 rpm if you floored it around 2500 rpm. Shouldn't spike any later than 3700 rpm. I wonder if you've been overspinning you turbo and now the compressor seal is leaking.

Actually, it can't be that late. I don't think the stock turbo can hold 25 psi boost at 5500 rpm.

Data log > video, if you have it (and logging the parameters needed to investigate).

Just to reiterate (as if it hasn't been said enough), your DV being on backwards probably isn't helping matters.

I think your car was modified with EGR delete. Check all the lines to make sure it was done properly and that you are not leaking vacuum (which could explain your severely lean condition at idle).

Your lean idle, that's usually an air leak somewhere.
You'll hear it hissing.
The oil problem, pull the plugs, take a photo.
That'll give you an idea how many cylinders are working properly and how many are broken.
The BOV backwards, that's just a "red herring".

I flipped the BoV. I drove the car yesterday. The car blows a lot of smoke out of the exhaust after I set idle for a few mins. Soon after I came to a complete stop my afr would go lean to 20 afr and sounded like car wanted to cut off. I think I will look at the valve seal. Also if my valve seal are bad would it cause it to lean out from all the excess oil burning off?

How did you "set" idle?

You wrote you replaced the PCV valve. The ones I've encountered in auto parts stores don't work. Take yours off and blow through it. It should seal completely in the direction of the valve cover. If you can blow through it at all in that direction, the turbo is pressurizing the crankcase.

Pressure in the crankcase will force oil through turbo and valve seals causing the engine to burn oil. The engine may also leak.

Take photos of your throttlebody & intake manifold. Also turbo intake hose to air filter. You have a vacuum leak somewhere.
Do you have a boost leak detector and compressor & tank?

I don't think he's stepping on throttle, so throttle plate is probably closed. PCV will be in vacuum and should be sucking air from valve cover.

Flipping the DV would not solve your lean condition (sorry I didn't state that earlier). It only makes you DV work like it's supposed to. It will open much easier than when it was reversed. Maybe the oil leak in your turbo is caused because DV wasn't opening until you had a big vacuum in your intake manifold to overcome the suction on your lower diaphragm (which was supposed to be seeing boost to help open the bypass)? Lets solve you lean condition first and then the oil leak in turbo. Until then, make sure you have enough oil in your engine.
