Wait a minute, if your car has the EGR removed, what is your PCV connected to? Take a picture when you get a chance.

Pressure in the crankcase will force oil through turbo and valve seals causing the engine to burn oil. The engine may also leak.
Here's another potential leak that can make your car run a bit leaner (not enough to cause your 20 reading by itself). Since you HBC only connects to J-pipe and WTA, check to make sure the factory turbo inlet hose nipple is plugged and isn't leaking air. It should be on bottom side under your hose next to your HBC.

Take a look under your throttlebody. See if your EGR is still there. If it is, then the vacuum lines on top of your throttlebody should be reconnected.

Ok I'll give that a try. I bought the PCV valve at O'Reilly
Take photos of your throttlebody & intake manifold. Also turbo intake hose to air filter. You have a vacuum leak somewhere.
Do you have a boost leak detector and compressor & tank?
I'll take pics tomorrow morning. I dont have a boost leak dectecgor or compressor and tank.

The more frustrating this is, the more rewarding you'll feel once you fix the problem.
With that said, I wonder if your car is running fine and that your afr reading is wrong. You said your engine wants to shut off right? Your videos look and sound normal. I read there are cases where people had no donut gasket between O2 and downpipe leaking air into exhaust pupes and UEGO was reading the oxygen as lean. Once they fixed the leak, AFR readings were good.

Keep at it. It's a process and can be discouraging, at times.
Tell me about it I have a new boost leak every other week lmao. On top of it I spent the last month trying to find out why car would cut under high boost. Turns out my coil packs took a dump.
