changed the bov and upper pipe for speed density set one, the bung and ait sensor aare on the back side where u cant see it, blocked off the hose nipple off the turbo intake where the recirculating bov went to

Yup, i've been there before. Not so fun, especially when you're on your way to work. I'm actually about to start an "Official blown motor thread" for comedy sake. Hopefully the mods let it fly and people contribute to it.

 

it's all fun and games until the block goes BOOOOM...

 

Installed this. Exactly what I was looking for as far as height, shape, fitment, weight, and price.

Those of you who blew your block, how many miles and how/why did it happen.

 

Bought it the rarest Evo diff in the world, possibly the only one that is still new!! If only I could afford to rebuild a transmission now...

 

did oil change, re routed a power cable that was all over from previous owner, tightened the dp bolts, checked my upper pipe and moved it a bit on adjustment, need to get plugs today and change them car Is breaking up a bit under boost.

 

Had to change out leaking coolant turbo hose pipes and eye bolts. Then did a throttle body bypass mod only to find our my radiator is leaking as well. Need to find a replacement for that now haha.
