From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
I see folks here from '06, 07, etc with 4 posts, complaining. Well, If you'd have made 1 post a WEEK, you'd already have been far in excess of 50 posts (would have taken less than a year, and it's 2010 now
). EvoM is not a swap meet where anybody can come in and list a dozen things for sale and then leave. It's a community, and with that comes some standards. They are not much: 50 posts and 60 days as a member, we'd like you to post LESS THAN 1 meaningful post A DAY if you want the quickest access. But we're also not holding a gun to your head; if you can't or won't respect our standards, feel free to go to craigslist or eBay and do your business there. -SASD209
Show & Shine does not count to the post total because <1% of the posts there are actual posts that contribute to the site. Guys talking about how cool their cars are by saying "cool", "+1", "ya, the blue is nasty", etc are not contributing to the "content" of this site. Show & Shine is really an extension of the Regional Forums, with pictures. ALL of the 'General' and ALL of the tech forums count and those areas comprise 70% of our forums: it should not be difficult to find something to comment on or participate in.

lol i got 50 post in a week then it went back to 20 :[... then i was like wutever so i just posted day or two later it goes down 1 or 2 here and there so dont feel bad your not the only one struggling to get 50 :] haha
finally got 50 post last week. and i keep seeing my numbers go down. are the posts getting deleted? ive been fighting at 49-51 for a few days now. not that i really need to 50 posts, its just something there so want to get it out of the way for future use.
glad I'm not the only one dealing with this issue
I can't talk in terms of post count, but I do like to read technical information, which is why I don't have a huge post count. I can't contribute a whole lot different than what people have already said. With thousands of members, it is hard not to be redundant.
Sometimes threads get moved from say, the Evo General section (where posts count) to the Newbie/FAQ section (where they don't), so that change may reflect in your post count. In your case, I don't see any of your posts being deleted , so this is most likely the cause.
