opinions from locals

Ok. I'm sure this has come up 1,000 times, but I wanna ask some kinda local guys, actually I have been asking everyone.
My IX has, TBE, drop in filter, MBC, and flash from KevinD. I went 12.4 at 108 with a 1.6 60' with the help of 109 oct.

what's next for decent gain.
a set of S1s, fuel pump and tune, OR
ported manifold/02housing, Injen intake/IC pipe kit, fuel pump and tune.

I would get tubular 02 housing, but I want the heatshield to bolt on. Also, will I really need an intake pipe for this setup?? If not, then I won't get it. I want to keep it stock appearing. Is an intercooler needed. Do those $200 ebay ICs do squat??

I will eventually get all of this, but I can't buy it all right now.

Can you feel a power loss on back to back runs? I read all that stuff about the ebay ic and heatsoak.

On Topic:
Do Cams. Intake gains are negligable compared to those obtained through cams.

I know meth would be a great bang for the buck, but I wanna keep it turbo only for a while. I barely have 1600 miles on the car.
