^^Yeah, I did the eating 5-6 times a day and hitting the gym 3-5 times a week. It was great for a while but it does get old...I lasted 1.5 years. It gets tough finding a variety of snacks and protein shakes and such. Plus, after a while it just felt unnatural eating all that stuff from the health food store...it´s also a bit pricey. I also got a bit tired of being at the gym for 1-2 hrs and wanted to do something else with my evenings. My advice is, don´t get burned quickly like I did and you´ll stay with it. I definitely have to do some sort of exercise because I went from going regularly to not going at all.

very true, this is why i'm trying to eat better slack off every now and then. I also work out lightly I enjoy walking by the park with a nice lake kinda relaxing doesn't feel so much like a work out plus fresh air is always good

Wise words...a work out that is not looked at as ¨work¨is good because you tend to stick with it.

well the snacks you have are like peanut butter with veggies... and shakes.. and also like 3 pieces of turkey meat or roast beef... so nothing crazy on prices.

Just play lots of sports and eat the right things.. Dont eat like its freakin Thanksgiving everyday.. Just eat when you're hungry, drink lots of water.. Cardio exercise... I lost 27lbs in 3 months by doing that..

Now I pretty much eat whatever I want and I'm maintaining my weight.. No gains, no losses.. I think I'm good where I'm at..

yeah just got the gym every other day - i need to get back on that routine too. Im maintaining, but going to the gym and doing cardio is healthy
