oooooh boy, i think i may have screwed some things up. i am thinking the synchros in 1st are shot and something else is going real wrong. john heard it on the last run when we were going from the staging lanes to the tree some loud metal pop. well by the time i made it back to the barracks it apparently got worse with out my knowing. i went to back into a parking space and let it roll forward a little and heard a grinding noise and then the car came to a slow stop. like something was binding up. well i am going to make it outside in a few mins and check it out. hope fully it is nothing too bad; however, i already have my suspicions.

Sounds like something in your transmission.. I would take it too Augusta Transmission Clinic on Gordon HWY, those guys are awesome and might be able to tell what it is by listening for free. Maybe? Worth a try than just guessing.

well, i just got back from the shop and it seems like i may have spent my tax return last night. i am not sure which one is jacked up, but either the TC or the tranny is going down hill. Time to get in touch with Shep. Still gotta figure out whats up with the innovative. I think maybe the sensor went bad. Gotta do some searching.

Well i did alright last night layed down my best run against the blue evo after you left. hit a 12.85 @ 108 which i guess isnt to bad for what little bit i have done to the car. i ran well against him..... then i heard him spray think i actually had it in the 1/8 haha.... man i tell you what that Z06 was ****ing fast as hell! i had alot of fun.... espically since the cute latin chick wanted me to give her a ride home and of course i cant get forget the head of my fan club, the little four year old girl had fun so thats really what its all about.

ordered the greddy profec type s ebc, walbro thursday and reserved the GSC S1 cams yesterday afternoon as well. now all i gotta order is the head studs, new fmic and head to topspeed for the tuning..... then its time to save alil for the clutch as you could smell last night

25,xxx. i am going to take it to the dealership to see if they will cover it under the warranty. hopefully they will not ask about the clutch or anything like that. if they just tell me the problem for free i will be more than happy. i was already going to send the tranny to shep to have it rebuilt, but didn't want to have mess with the TC.

Yeah, they may do something, but augusta mits i heard were asses.. And you have lots of mods, but they can't do nothing but fix it unless what is wrong with it is because of the after market clutch

If anything they will diagnose it for 75$ which I think is the free if the part isn't covered, but that money goes to the repair bill if it isnt' covered under warranty.

Nah, I was far far from spraying you last night. I actually had the boost cut back about 10psi less than i usually run. I was just driving easy as to not abuse my brand new carbon clutch. Thats just what it looks like when a 130mph car that just ran a 2.5 60ft blows by you top end. I did the same thing to the z06 all night. The one time i have sprayed my car was at dorchester and it went 107mph in the 8th.
