I too have seen a GG evo that is not mr. bubble. He looked at me funny, as I was staring at his car trying to figure out who he was.

nope. that's the guy I saw as well. I wouldn't describe bubble as shaggy per-se.

Bubble works off 280 down there, but down towards inverness... this guy I saw turning into some land mgmt office park right after the 31/280 split.

 

When I lived in Bham, I always passed a GG MR on 119 between grants mill road and 280. Matt said it wasnt him. No idea who it was though.

I'm back to driving mine daily. i haven't seen any Evo's in the Montgomery area in the past month or so. We should all get up one evening.....

 

Is there a good dyno that you guys prefer here in alabama? I was thinking of going to Topspeed in GA to get some base runs and possibly do a new tune.

 

I've only dynoed mine once, and it was a spur of the moment thing after I got done tuning some volvos. Draco performance, in NC. bit of a drive for a local dyno day.

I hear tell speedsouth has a mustang AWD dyno...

 

the 'car club' is meeting at no way jose's tomorrow evening at 7:30. the location on atlanta highway, not off chantilly.

 

Autocross is this Saturday if u guys wanna come and check it out. I dont think my car will make it there. but there should be a few evo's there. C

 

I can't this weekend due to moving but I hope to in the coming months. Isn't there a TVR region in huntsville? I need to check into that.

EDIT: They only hold 7 events a year. Has anyone gone there? Is it really competitve? Are there a lot of cars? I'm guessing yes.

group of local car guys. wouldn't say many of us drive around all that frequently though. Don't have time to just cruise anymore between my car stuff and this house, and everything else I'm doing good to get to the gym most days.
