Keep us posted. If this guy is guilty, hopefully he goes to jail for a while.

Show that this round of charges may have already been reduced to a 3rd degree felony and the individual charges have been consolidated and also dont show the firearm possession which I might add is the second time he has been charged with it as a felon...

Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me, he either has one damn good lawyer or the police did a really horrible job of making a solid case against him... It will be interesting to see where this goes on August 18th, 2012 which is his next scheduled hearing date.

On a side note, the finger prints on my car finally got assigned on 5/9/2012 and they said to give it a few weeks so I have to give them a call to find out if it was the same kid if I find out that it was guess who is going to be in court that day to put his .02 cents in about this kid and pushing for a stiffer sentence, ME!

This kid is still sitting in jail. He was supposed to have a calendar call this Thursday but they pushed it all the way to 11/15/2012... sucks to be him but he deserves it

Yea, he is still sitting in jail. unsurprisingly the cops gave up on my case so I will never know who did it. The kids attorney keeps getting his case postponed... You can look him up through Broward County Clerk of Courts under the name Delano Henry

Haven't been on the forum in a minute but I was looking through old posts for something else and came across this again and did a little homework. Glad this little ****er is behind bars. Tempted to write him to tell him how much of a piece of **** he is.

This is just nuts, look at this guys rap sheet and he got a minimum term... Guarantee he will be back to doing this again... 01/04/2017 is his expected release date

Because clearly he hasn't learned and once you have a record you are basically a pariah and most avenues of making money legit are closed to him. He can't even start a business. So if you can't make money legit what else are you supposed to do.........

That being said I have 0 sympathy for this dude. And if he tries this again I hope someone catches him and beats his ***.
