i had my relays replaced. started snowing lately so i'm now using my fogs and no issue. when i was having the issue i wasn't using my fogs.

 

my car which has fogs and have always had my fogs on, no matter what and is a 2010 lancer, has this problem randomly too. my sister who has a 2011 lancer with NO fogs also has this problem if anyone finds a solution to this id be really interested to find out!

 

I was having no starts last year.. but I have never had one happen this year yet. Couple of things changed:
last year I was parking underground with temperatures at constantly 10 degrees
Now I am parking outside everyday, the coldest it has been was -10 degrees.
I have placed the K&N drop in filter which might have helped.

My theory is that the underground parking lacked oxygen thus the car would not start.
