880s should be able to take everything the BBK has got even on racegas. 780s might be better for you.

I'm rocking 680's on pump with the BBK. 880's will be plenty. I'm sure I will have to upgrade in the near future

Haha, why else would you buy this thing if it didn't?

I picked up 55whp/25wtq on pump gas (I had all the major supporting mods prior to this). Doing the o2 housing and ported manifold at the same time will be way worth it, be sure to get the turbos hotside ported too for maximum flow/power.

well, i know it would pick up better gains then stock 9 with cams, etc.I didnt know how much different it would be with bolt-ons.Whats average power for the full with tbe, ported mani,720 injectors,o2,intake,ic piping gm 3 port at 25lbs with a tune on 91oct?I am not familiar with mustang numbers or DD so a Dyno jet comparo would be great.I know some one who has full bolt ons, cams ported everything, bbk full/ported and a tune and he put down 380whp pn a dyno jet.since mustangs read so much lower why have i been seeing higher numbers then his on a mustang with similar, and sometimes even less mods with same gas and around same boost.I know it fluctuates but i mean i have been seeing HUGE diiferences from his to theres.

The best thing to do is to hit the dyno before you put it on for some baseline numbers, then once you get it on and tuned, go back to the same dyno

You don't HAVE to remove the radiator, but it makes the job a lot easier / quicker (IMHO).

NO way do you have to remove the radiator, turbo swap is easy, just take your time do get everythign loose, block off the factory coolant lines so they don't drain everywhere. Loosen the turbo to manifold bolts/nuts while the manifold is still tightened dwon on the head, then loosen all the nuts for the manifold, then the downpipe, then the oil lines. If you have trouble getting it out as a whole assembly (manifold/turbo/o2 housing) then pull the manifold off then out with the turbo/o2 housing. Make sure you get all of the intake stuff out of your way for easy reaching, but I've seen some guys not even remove it, just loosen it.

Install is the reverse of disassembly, watch torque spec on the banjo bolts so you don't break any.
