We also added the meth bungs for free... something that we were not informed of on the original pipe.

Its a pipe you no longer build.when i ordered pipe it was an in stock thing it wasnt custom.I asked for bungs first time around. You told me you were going to bill me for them and never did.Bungs have no effect on fitment at all.BOV has been the issue the whole time.

Explain how if these two pipes were built on a jig how are they some different

You asked for us to move the blow off valve? The first pipe didn't fit, so we had to move the blow off valve down and it still didn't fit?! We did everything you asked.

If theres a proper jig it would of been right the first time. What kind of jig do you have that places bov in two different spots about 1.5" apart?I think it was eyeballed.I shouldnt ask you to move flange anywhere. Its not like i changed my setup that it threw things out of wack.its all in the correct area. The intercooler is ETS everything is your stuff.

Jose - I'm not sure how much more clear I can be about the jig. We had a jig (the first pipe you received) this didn't fit, so we made another pipe with the blow off valve in a different location, where you specified.

Where are we going with this?

Michael

I think this thread should be renamed to "I had problems with an order and ETS bent over backwards to take care of me"....

I've had the best luck with ets so far. I normally just read reviews like this and keep my thoughts to myself but this is crazy. It seems like you just want to complain about everything. I was sent a large order two years ago and am still super thrilled with everything!

So what you're saying is your jig was bad and every pipe like this you've ever made doesn't fit? I think this is where the confusion is coming from. If you are saying that the pipe was made in a jig and admit that it didn't fit, then the problem seems pretty obvious to me.

Wow, talk about being taken out of context. It helps to read.

The time and cost of material on this order is easily over $600.00 at this point on our end and we are still willing to help you rectify your problem.

That it the most tactful and polite BURN I have ever heard! If you aren't satisfied with ETS's helpfulness and patience, then just build the pipe yourself. All I have read is you continuing to complain, and they continue being nice. I wish I had that kind of patience.
