It had to happen sooner or later. Smogrunner's 11 second TME Ti turbo set-up has been beat. By just 2whp. With stock intercooler, stock turbo (with 10.5 housing) and just 104oct no less. Car is a regular v390 set-up with no cats and XEDE. More power to the wheels than a Porsche 996 Twin Turbo with X50 package!

So all the car has is a turboback exhaust with a cat delete, cams, cam gears, xede, fuel pump, and a 10.5 hotside?

On some of the socal awd dynojets we have used in the past (HKS or K&N in particular), these numbers should translate to 380-390whp. So pretty darn close to 400whp. I suspect something as simple as a BOV, c16, IC piping, and/or an upgraded FMIC could potentially make it reach that magic number.
