Thats why we should all be comparing timeslips/track mph vs different dynos in different testing conditions with a million different settings.

FYI One of our customes made 393.6awhp and 381.2 tq on pump gas and that was on a Mustang Dyno. The car also ran 11.9@117 with a slipping exedy clutch the whole way.

Either way good numbers from both camps. I just wish all this dyno racing would stop.

Mark,
You say our customer service sucks huh? Well why dont you ask the guys on here who has done EVERYTHING to make things right for them? Why dont you ask the DSM guys who makes things right for them? Why dont you ask our WRX customers who makes things right for them? Why dont you ask our SRT-4 customers who makes things right for them? Why dont you look at http://www.dsmtimes.org/fastest.htm to see who has their name listed on there the most and ask yourself "Who's my Daddy?" Are you guys listed in the top 50???? I didnt see it! How about 5 in the top 12 rolled out of here? Why dont you look back through the issues of turbo magazine you were reading in study hall ( I know I still have mine) and find out who the " Innovators" of the DSM world are before you start flappin your gums.

I may not know every tech question thrown at me but I will damn sure do my best to find out the answer for the customer and also so I know it next time. The answers are definately here. I answer the phone most of the time, do emails, tech calls, sales, and argue about dumb**** on the internet.

If something goes out wrong or a customer has a problem I take care of it wether it be sending them a new item out overnight saturday delivery, or giving them my cell phone # for a weekend late night tech call. I make sure the customers are happy before I start my weekend and if their not I will work with them over the weekend just to make sure the stuff is taken care of.

Before you discredit our customer service or our shop I would get your facts straight before jumping the gun.

As the old Buschur Racing Moto says " Innovator's not Imitator's"

So after you get done reading this please feel free to go back to the shop and get that 7 sec. Talon ready to roll or will our 8 Sec. Conquest be enough to handle the job? Maybe Darryl Hudson's low 9sec. AWD.

Take care,
Jarrod

I know. But it doesn't really matter who that physical threat is directed too. I just dont want Dave, or anyone else, throwing around their good 'ol boy beatdown antics around here. Keep it on the playground please.
