0300 Errors / Random Misfire
Not me. No CEL. No random misfires. No loud clicking from the Xede unit. I just installed my Stage 1 sig (except the cam gears) and it fu*&in' rocks. I can't believe the overall gains! I'm really wondering if there will be any more noticable gains from the cam gears.

I have gotten it about 4 times by now,, every time is after a decent acceleration and then a decel at about 20% off throttle. Ohh yea,, it will for sure come up it I drive more than 35 miles on the free way in 5th..
mitsu says it is my SAFC causing the engine misfire,, YEA RIGHT!!! it is set up in the 9's not in the 11's like most evo guys! pretty conservative

I got it once. So I blanked the map(s) and drove around like that for a while. Damn, what a difference the Xede makes. The car was feeling pretty weak without it. Anyways I uploaded SubZero again and everything is working fine now.
Edit: Didn't read the options above. I got it when I was trying to datalog through the Xede. I'm still not sure as to exactly what the cause was but when it was dataloging, my laptop went to sleep then the CEL came on. I haven't tried it since; I'll try again some other time.

I continue to be plagued by 0300 random misfires. I have cleared this code probably 15 times and I have less than 4,000 miles on the car. I have tried the spark plug gap trick and that has not worked. I am going to try the Vishnu plugs next. I would be interested to know if anyone has definitively resolved this problem. It might be helpful for those with this problem to post their mods to see if there is any commonality.
Any help would be appreciated.
