Why didn't they go with a Evo 7 spoiler? Isn't that one supposed to be adjustable?

The Evo8 spoiler is supposed to be adjustable too. We got shafted on that one in the US though.

Las Vegas results are up.

Trial #1 - 5:40.610 5th Place
Trial #2 - 5:41.624 5th Place

Don't know if they got the airfoil working for the rear spoiler or not. Good job guys. At least you didn't drop a position. Overall Team Vishnu went from 9th to 7th place.

It's a tough scoring system. Unfortunately I think the one bad event is going to cost Paul and Shiv a top3 overall/1st in class finish. I think if Paul beats the WRX the rest of the way out, they will get 1st in class by 5 or 10 points (assuming the WRX gets 2nd each time). They get a chance to redeem themselves on the dry skidpad on saturday, too.

Thanks to all that came out and supported, it means a lot to Shiv, Paul and the whole Evo community to have fan support
This is as much as I've been able to get so far. Problems with my Firewire port...

It's the start (drag style)... It'll give you a good idea of how good the car sounds though!

I'll try to edit some more clips tonight and get them up... I tried to get a good view of the whole track (on top of the grandstands), but it turns out that I was too far to get any "spectactular" video. Something is better than nothing though, I suppose.

Practice, practice, and more practice. A bit of instruction from an experienced driver up front helps, too. And then some more practice.

Yup ... they had two races in Pueblo and are on the road again. They finished 5th place at both races ... not sure what the Fuller WRX STI placed at.

How did the Fuller driven STI do today? Specifically, did any MidPriced Sedans beat them? Did they have another good day?

They beat the STI again today and should be close to overtaking them for 6th place overall after todays points are added up. We still need to win every event to tie them for in class points, thus ensuring the mid price sedan victory. The skidpad is looming and I know Paul and Shiv will make sure that our dry numbers are fantastic.

They dropped 2 events? The schedule has 4 events listed for Pueblo. 2 trials, 2 drags. http://onelapofamerica.com/History/2004/route.htm
With the drags they had potential to accumulate some points.

I think some of the order was changed frm the schedule. They already competed in a drag race as well as a bracket race.

Nope those events were only listed if the first drag races were rained out.
