At the risk of sounding repetitive, which wires did you hook up to the test switch to cause the sprayer to spray for test purposes.

Although I appreciate your prompt responses, I'm hoping for a little more information than "wired it up."

Test switch = Power + Ground + Switched

Tapped power from a fuse that's always on with key, grounded switch, then tapped the "switched" to the power for the bulb. What that does is power the entire unit, from lighting bulb, activating pump, spraying meth...
Upgrade fuse from fuse box to a 15 to a 20a and don't spray too long, floods system.

I am planning on running a mix of windshield washer fluid and heet as described on the snowperformance.net forums...(doing this because of availability, cost, ease of use, cold climate driving, and safety...I don't do well mixing hazardous chemicals...yeah it's a long story )someone locally was telling me that the dye in the washer fluid will clog the filter? How can this possibly be true if a tech from Snow has posted and recommended running this setup? I guess I'm just looking for confirmation that the guy that told me that it would clog the filter was as incorrect as I presumed he was. Thanks

that method works pretty well, the additives in the fluid can sometimes build up in the nozzle but its usually not an issue by any means, you can always check the nozzle periodically if your worried about it, it has a filter on it for this sort of thing as a precautionary step...

this is an old wives tale. There are filters to avoid this from happening.

Question for ya.. Got the stage 2 off ebay.. Will be hooking up very shortly.. One question is where do you guys set the sparay to come on and full boost? I see some guys starting at low boost like 8psi.. Why would you want this set so low, when you run 20psi stock? Wouldnt you use less alky running it to come on at 14psi ish? Just curious? Which way is better if there is a performance diff or just a personal diff.. Thanks

it all depends on your goals and accessories...aka if you have safeinjection or not...i personally start at 8psi and ramp to about 23psi...

if you have the variable controller, it will determine your flow rate for you progressively after you set your onset and max boost.
