Nozzle Mounting Adapter

NOW AVAILABLE! Need a way to mount your injector nozzle into your silicone or rubber intake tube? Snow Performance now offers a Nozzle Mounting Adapter for those without metal intake tubes.

Made from Delrin, the adapter is methanol resistant and highly durable. Installation is easy: simply drill a 3/4" hole using a spade bit, insert the inner adapter piece, and thread on the outer adapter nut.

Nozzle Mounting Bung

NOW AVAILABLE! Weldable theaded bungs make installing your inector nozzle easier when using thin-walled intake tubing. Simply drill a hole in your intake tube and weld in the bung. Your nozzle then has a strong threaded connection that can be used with confidence. Available in steel or aluminum.

1" diameter, 1/4" thick, 1/8" NPT threads for Snow Performance Boost Cooler nozzle. Can also be used with nitrous nozzles, boost port fittings, etc.

i usually use a pilot drill bit to start, then use a step up bit and drill until hole is large enough, they are 1/8in...

Yeah we hooked up yesterday everything (BOTH so exided!) finally done, well it dosnt work! we called a night because it was midnight allready.

Yellow light stays on which means SI is working when you turn ign. on.

Testing the pump,
Psi switch thats what I call it, lets say its set at 12psi, boost hits pump turns on.

We disconnected both wires ground and signal from it connected both wires with each other just to check it if the voltage gets thru, sure thing pumps turns on Green light goes ON and it sprays! so its working. The only thing we are confused is that Psi Switch (maybe its broken) I cannot find anything anywhere even snowperformance web site, maybe we should hook up pressure to somewhere else? T connect, not bov/vacum but wastegate? I dont know.

Another thing is that 3 way connection for pressure? that looks like when you connect EBC it dosnt work neither. I cant boost more than 10psi? connected wrong? same thing i cannot find diagram, well there is one, and its hooked up the way it shown.

On the bottom you see a picture how we mounted the nozzle and both led's.

Any help would be appricated.

I would like to see or explained 2 things, diagram for 3way pressure. PSi switch.

Thanks

(hooking it up to the bov/vacum should be fine, do some more trouble shooting its likely something very simple that wrong, its always that way haha)

(yea sounds like you have it hooked up wrong, ill try and draw up a diagram when i get a chance)

you have the pressure switch hooked up correctly? WHere are you tapping your pressure source for the switch? And you tapped power in the correct areas? Stage 1 is an easy install...should be an easy fix. Need more info

Ultimate: I will take high-res pictures ones I get home it was thru cellphone camera.

Ultimate: told me if yellow light stays on all the time there is an error in SI, it explains why I cannot boost more than 10psi.

EvoRyder: Right I would like to find out how to connect it correctly. (IF someone could make both diagrams for PSI switch and 3 way connection would be nice) Since the kit came with no instructions I know i got ground right and i got power right to relay+pump because we test it by connecting 2 wires toghether for split second with meth. and the green light goes on and it sprays.

Where should i T the vacum for pressure switch? i did T'ed on BOV line. Maybe i should T' it from turbo outlet?

as far 3 way pressure same thing i know i connected it right as far vacum lines.

The only thing i can think of right now, my power is hooked up wrong for psi switch and vacum switch.

I cannot say anything before i re-check the wiring. :-d

thanks guys.
