is it better to run the tubing under the car, or through the car under the door sill things. if through the car, whats the best way to get the tube into the car from the trunk, i dont know of a passageway from the trunk to the interior.

Are there any other misc parts i will need for the install. Drill bits, wires, anything?. Are the wires from the pump long enough to make it to the from of the car?

What exactly does the yellow wire from the control box tap into.

sorry for all the questions, im doing my install tomorow, and id like to have all parts ready before i start.

1. Did you not get an install manual?
2. "The YELLOW wire at position 2 is not used in boost referenced applications" You gonna use a boost solenoid? or the controller
3. I ran the line under my car next to the fuel lines when my setup was in the trunk(had the tubing in electrical plastic tubing for protection)
4. go to snowperformance.net and look under your kit, they have the install pdf.

If you have one of my VC-25D injection controllers, the yellow wire goes to the signal output of your mass air flow sensor. It should be a White wire with red stripe. Karman Vortex is the type of MAS used on the EVO, it is frequency output.
If you have a volt meter you can test it somewhat. At idle will be high 4volt output. Rev the engine and voltage will go down some. A hot wire MAF, like used on Fords, is a straight 0-5volt analong output.

Best regards,

Dan

Dan since you are the Snow expert I am running the Stg 2 with SI on 50/50 mix with a 500ml/min nozzle same type as Snow uses. I have the Zeitronix with failsafe as well. I am in CA so we crappy 91oct. What point should I start the inj and full on point. I am starting boost at 22psi and will work my way up to 25psi on the stock turbo.
Thanks

I personally like to start spraying at around 13psi and ramp up to full by 22psi (reason I don't have 25psi as the max is that you only hit that boost for a short period and you really need the full spray anywhere from 22psi up...) but theres a ton of different opinions on this topic, theres some tuners that like to start it at around 18psi and ramp to 25psi...its really up to your style of tuning but for me on 91oct I would want it spraying earlier on...

I am running the VC-25 and the highest start point is 8psi I will give it a try and see what happens. My spoolup seems a little slow at like 5psi.
