Snow Performance questions and answers...
I was looking at the control box and there are two adjustable dials, my question is there is a start spray and a full spray correct? well if your start spray is say 5psi and your full spray is say 10psi but the does it continue to spray if I run like 40psi of boost?
By setting the start and full dials of the controller your just setting the ramp from no spray to full spray. So if you set the start at say 5 psi and full at 6psi then at 6psi the pump will be operating at max output all the way to 20, 30, 40, 60 psi - whatever, until you let off the throttle.
Ok got a few more questions. Is there ever a time for the "kit" to be turend off, say for race gas. Just wire a toggle switch in? also I dont know if anyone has tried this before but could I run two nozzels? not at the same time but one very close to the throttle body for 91 oct. and one however futher down for race gas? some how switch thte hose to whichever nozzle I want to use?

You can hook up a toggle switch, this is what I have in my car, I will try and post some pics of that, and as for the two nozzle setup, there really isn't a need to do that...
HELP from you guys who installed the snow kit!!
The nozzle holder assembly comprises of the following in order of assembly from nozzle up to hose...
1. Nozzle
2. Nozzle Holder
3. Cone Shaped piece
4. Washer
5. Nut
6. Nylon Hose
My question is:
What direction does the flat side of the washer face? the nut or the cone shaped piece?

Got this response from DAN @ Snowperformance...just so you guys know:
Flat side of washer faces the nut, your assemble order below is correct.
Narrow side of cone points into holder not at nut. Make sure screen side of
nozzle points inside holder.
Yes make sure it is really really really tightened down good at the nut and
will hold for many years to come.

I have the Engine Runup alky/meth kit, however, I am using the Snow Performance safe injection with it. I've read through the 150 or so posts and I have a question or two about the the mention of epoxy and "GOOB" (whatever that stands for). I see that I can go to www.mcmaster.com to get "whatever" I need. I've piece-milled this kit but if there's something additional that I need in order to have a safe installation, then I'm hoping to get onboard. So, what exactly am I to purchase from McMaster? Also, I still haven't read whether or not an ARP head stud is necessary. I'm thinking that for $100 or so dollars, that it can't hurt to have them just in case something goes wrong. What does VC25 mean? Thanks in advance for answering these concerns of mine.
