Project X - Water/Meth Install!
ok bit of an update :
1) I have everything
2) Dog ate the water level sensor, so I need to get a new one
DOH
3) The bracket design is done and being fabricated, hopefully I will have it ASAP
Once the bracket is done I can mount everything in the boot and run lines to the engine. Should I run the Meth lines UNDER the car? or inside the car? Does it matter?

3) Run the line anywhere. Under the car is easier.
If you want drop by my place I have a couple of jets you can choose from. I'd forgotten all about the other one.
running 2 .8's on the car now, I can easily change one of them it doens't fuss me. Otherwise I have a .5 .9 and a 1mm. I think you have my mobile from evo oz
edit: doh both your inboxes are full here is my pm
hey mate, just let me know when you want to arrange to drop by.
Also 9653 seems like a good switch for 9055 as I did it, only problem I get is that the stat rev limit doesn't work anymore, is that because 9653 is coded to run off the clutch switch? It's wierd because the launch maps are definately working.

It is not that important that you need the an exact jet size on the HFS-6. In fact you should install a larger jet and reduce the flow with the controller.
No, I will not send you a paypal.
You have done so much for the EVO community, put it down as my contribution to you. I benefited from your wonderful software work, making water/methanol injection more popular for the EVO communuity.
Continue with your good work.

thanks mate
ok - when tapping the IC piping for the jet(s) should I just go in at 90degrees? or should I try to angle the jet a bit so it forms a "cone" inline with the flow of air?
does it matter?

can't wait to see your setup tephra . . . i'm also waiting for my kit to be installed and thinking of running twin jets.
I would simply put it at 90 degrees. The velocity of the airflow will carry it along regardless. The aquamist jets do an excellent job of atomizing the molecules so no worry there as well.
Just ordered my kit im trying to decide what to do for a tank. Are you going to use the stock washer fluid tank. Does anyone know roughly what the capacity of the stock tank is?
I was looking into my service manual and it sure would be the easy road if the stock washer fluid line would support the flow of the meth kit.
