Time to sell the Evo unfortunately. Two wheels and a cheaper car/truck are calling my name.

For a fuel pump install, is there an access port under the seat (for awd) or do you have to drop the tank to do this..Also are the plastic lines really fragile under there or can it easily be done on the evo in my garage?
Fuel pump is the easiest mod to install on your evo. Take the back seat out(bottom portion. Look for the 2 tabs in the front of the seat to release it),and the pump will be on the driver side. Take the black cover off and you will see the top of the pump. Unplug the wires for the pump, and the fuel line. Careful not to spill gas everywhere. It's a little tough getting the pump out, but just keep turning it back and forth until you find the sweet spot for it to pull out. Then just take the old pump out of the plastic holder and snap the new one in its place. Replace the filter if you got the kit that comes with a new one. Otherwise, just reuse the old one since your car isn't that old.

But here is a pin out if the ECU if you still want the HKS one. Find someone that has installed it before..hacking the wrong wires can cause loads of problems.

And here is a install instruction...but for the Greddy. Turbo timers all hook up the same.

My suggestion is always buy a Jumper cable so you can hack that up instead of your OEM wire harness.

Dont do it with a full tank..and use alot of towels to cover up the interior....yes there will be blood!!!...er i mean Fuel.
And bleed off the pressure on the fuel lines.
