You gotta get specific, brother. What kind of food? What kind of hangouts?

My faves:

Chinese - Cathay House
Japanese - Osaka
Italian - Nora's (pricey but within 5 min of my house)
Locals "meat market" (not the kind that you can chew & swallow) - Blue Martini
Shooting Range - Las Vegas Gun Range on Blue Diamond & Decatur

What exactly are you looking for?

Osaka seems to have gotten pricier for less food recently; the last time I went (seems like yesterday) was actually like August/September and cost me close to $150 for 2 ppl.

Back in 06/07 you could feed 4 for that much $.

Cathay House is arguably the best quality food with the largest quantity of it for the lowest price anywhere in Vegas - all cuisines included.

It'd be sweet if they'd open another Cathay House in Summerlin somewhere. There's an Osaka on this side of town but I haven't tried it.

LOL. Stay away from the marquee steakhouses on the strip then, if that is a sticker shock to you.

Prime at Bellagio, Cut at Palazzo and a couple others I can think of will easily set you back $100 a plate.

New wheels on my Lancer GTS

I know you guys dont see much of my car, and have to deal with a lot of the wannabes, But I am making some changes to the lancer and was looking for some input. Im starting with the wheels. I like simple and clean so I am sticking with a factory wheel.

I picked up a set of EvoX GSR wheels the other day on a good deal from a local EvoM guy. The wheels had a little road/curb rash on them so I had to fix that. Got the grind out, and decided to darken them up a bit. Got two of them done tonight. Have to finish the others and get a little clear coat on them.

Here are a few pics, let me know what you think.

Looks great. I heard the Evo X wheel is a little too wide for the GTS though. I'd like to see them installed. Also, a friend of mine got a ralliart for autocross and DD. He's gonna need wheels for the DD stuff. Mind if I ask how much you paid?

Go to Cathay House. I routinely feed 4 people for $45 to $60 there. And both the quality & quantity are excellent.

Japanese food is expensive; Chinese food is way cheap.

Nils you should just do the p0300 fix like I did? Cams & clutches kick this code out I believe, ever since I put a twin disc in it kicked the code and thats on both motors and both clutches I've put in the car and there isn't anything wrong but seeing the light all the time is a pain in the ***

If you need help getting rid of the p0300 I can help ya out

I can hook it up buddy I dont want to tune other peoples cars but I can remove the code. (its a random misfire as I am sure you know)
We can also update the ROM ID to a new ROM and that usually cures it as well.
