Well you always got jeremy. My cars over at his place right now getting springs, retainers, and cams. He knows his way around the evo in every aspect of the car better than anyone I've ever met. But if want warranty work or parts then you'll have
to call Roseville.

 

After several unexpected difficulties putting in the new block....ITS ALIVE!!!!! finally. Fired up without any hesitation. Just a few minor tweeks to do.
On a side note those cams sound EVIL Reid...

Now I need to find some time so I can get Poncho to give it a nose chop. Since my contract got extended (was called at 7:30 this am) time to perhaps FINALLY ditch the stock IC piping. Clean up the engine bay a little.

Hahahah. It's so funny how much attention I get driving around with these cams. After I picked up from my car from you Jeremy I'm sure the guy at the Starbucks thought there was something wrong with my car. Then not 10 seconds later there was some guy hanging out the window of his huge lifted truck with this really confused look on his face.

 

i havent been driving the evo in to work ive been carpooling with my girl...yea im sure im done theyre giving me a severance package and my last day is tuesday. im tempted to take my money and get jeremy to port the head lol...but i will probably have to save it to cover my living expenses until i get another source of income. jeremy do you still live at the same house? maybe after work today or tomorrow ill bring over some beers if thats cool.

first 150 miles and oil change down on the new engine break in. No unexpected leaks or odd things as of yet. Finally broke down, getting a spoolinup COP. stock coils are a little long in the tooth.

 

speaking of harley ive been thinking about getting a motorcycle...the evo sucks gas down faster than i can fill it up. anyone know of someone selling a bike for 1500 or less. looking for a cruiser about an 800 or so will even take a fixer upper...i want to do a few upgrades to the evo too but i might have to just store it for a while
