yeah but then people could play with the settings and make it show whatever they want..... this way it has the potential of being more consistent.

Lol he is my friend, that run was his first time launching the car, he somehow launched with the e-brake half way up haha. He ran a 14.9 the second run with a better launch.

If you really want I will trade you my licp/intercooler for yours while you get yours fixed. I'm not poor and I wouldn't jack your stuff hahah.

Reminds me of when the EVO came to the states and this board was rife with magical dyno plots. Some of the best catches were seeing the HP and Torque cross at some point other than 5252 rpm (if I remembered that number correctly.)

Ahh yes ... the power of teh digitalz.

True but, honestly, I think that's what most people do anyway..They are sooo concerned about hitting specific numbers that all reality goes out the window. I tune my car to accelerate as quickly as possible then use the VDR to see if there are any dips in power & make small adjustments..I almost never concern myself with the numbers

When do you need them, I'm going to swap mine out this weekend for a larger core.

As long as I get it back in the same condition, you're welcome to it.

Yeah, the price they charge for gauges is a bit steep... That's what they quoted me for my boost gauge... I don't know what sort of high end job they do with it... That's like an hour and 15 minutes of their normal time. Maybe they got tired of installing gauges... Or maybe the other gauges take awhile and the boost is easy but they set a flat rate...
