Evo owner on a vacation Trying to get car repaired under warranty and possibly sold here. I need help with stock parts and install. My stock parts are back in oregon and it might be cheaper for me to have my parts shipped here and installed instead of driving back. If you have stock intake, struts/springs, intake, tbe and licp or would be willing to help me install them for cheap please let me know .

Will you be selling the parts you remove? I have a stock intake and licp on my car that i would be willing to trade you and swap them too. I don't any other stock parts. I might be able to find you some struts and maybe a exhaust. I have tools and the space. Also what are the details on the parts your removing?

 

tom , if i were you i would offer straight trade for the aftermarket parts and if you help install them. i have some struts off my 03 .

 

my car has a 3" ebay tbe, ebay licp, perrin intake and perrin mbc. it made correct 342awhp /330awt at 24psi corrected on 92 octane with an English Racing tune so it definitely is making good power. Suspension is mr bilstein's with swift spec r springs and swift rear sway bar. I'm definitely not going to trade straight across it would be cheaper for me to have my parts shipped here and installed at a shop. I have all of my stock parts still but they're in oregon at my parents house.

 

When are you coming to town? I could use the intake, and licp. I have bilstein's with tein's but a LVmevo has the stock suspension he might be willing to sell and you could just turn around and sell your stuff. I just picked up exhaust and have my stock exhaust but was planning on keeping mine stock just to be on the safe side. I'm sure we can find you the stock exhaust. I might also be interested in the rear sway.

 

i've been in town since may 26th. If i can't get all of the stock parts it's really a moot point. Stock mr bilsteins and stock springs handle better than bilsteins with teins. If you're just going for lowest drop than the teins are good but they will wear out your struts, however revalving isn't too terribly expensive. I would change your teins asap as they actually hurt the handling of the vehicle. I have teins s techs as well back home, i bought them and have never used them.

Are you trading in your car that's why you want it back to stock? I would like to see how yours handles with the swifts. If you want to have your stock stuff shipped here we could install them at my house. I have the tools and the room to do it. If you can find someone wanting the exhaust i'm sure we could make something happen. Pm me your number and we can talk.

 

actually i have a 5th gear grind and my cars still under warranty so i'm trying to get my 5th gear synchro replaced under warranty and then i will be selling the car or trading it in. i'll pm you and give you my contact info

you have the stock kybs and no springs? what were you looking to get for those? Shipping struts is pretty expensive so i would rather have the least amount of stuff shipped.
