Zach,
I don't think I have your number, so pm it to me or call me at 920-3084, we can go for a ride anytime, plus, I have ten gallons of race fuel sitting in my shop..................

Why would you want to ride in a gt35r car when you can ride in my stock turbo car with no muffler? No muffler is worth all sorts of ricer HP, and will do as much a "super huge turbo I got from this guy at Pep Boys". We need to get together.
Yeah I've been thinking about a rear mounted Viper engine. If STS can rear mount a turbo I see no problems with putting a V-10 back there.
Ben, I think I'm going to stop by with Adam and another kid to check out those BOV's, where are you guys located now?

I am not there yet I get off this job at 2 and get there at 2:30.
We are in west jordan. the address is 4087 W Nike Dr . If you take banagter to 90th S then head west at the first light take a right(North) then continue straight on that rd until Nike Dr(8200 S Approx) we are like the 4th building on your left. we are in the NW office. you should see the evo and STI parked out front.

do you guys get any lifter tick when you start your car up when it has been a while? i've been getting it and i've tried the bleeding method a few times but it never stays gone. i change my oil every 3k so it's not dirty oil.
i'm looking for a good bov also that plumbs back in, seems like it keeps the turbo spooled better between shifts any comments on your guys bov's would be great. i had a turbo xs typpe h that plumbed back in on my eclipse & i liked that.
also if you guys are into the ricer bov i have one of those type h's that vent to the atmosphere & are loud as hell! i'd take any offer or you could just try it out to see if you like it.

Zach,
I'm running a Greddy type-s which is almost exactly like the stock BOV except it is all aluminum instead of plastic. Same shape, design and everything. Mine is hooked up to recirculate, it is not venting to atmosphere. It is working sweet and makes some "bird" noises under low boost lifts, it is just a little louder than stock at high boost and wooshes. I'm not sure what the reason was but after I put in the high flow cat and the BOV my boost went up by over 5 lbs. I don't really think it was the cat, I'm pretty sure the stock BOV was gettin' its leak on.
No lifter tick here

Zach,
I'm running the forge dv valve. When I had it plumbed back into the intake, it was pretty quiet. I have the red spring in it right now (i'm not sure what weight the spring is) and at high boost (28psi) it will start to blead of a bit, which i'm sure would be solved by replacing the current spring with a stiffer one. Anyhow it works well, and fits well, and sounds good IMO.
As for lifter Knock, I get it early in the morning when I leave work(3:00am), once I get to about 60 degrees celsius(water temp) it disappears, and doesn't come back until I start the car again after it has cooled down, and the outside temp is fairly cool. Fresh oil changes don't seem to affect it at all. I wonder if it's something that comes along with the 272's. Did your car do it before you installed your cams?
