If I could I wouldn't have any other person work on my car then Vesko (competition assosiates) hes just super super busy. I'd heard good things about solid autoworks and Adam (munoa) is a cool guy and seems very upfront & honest when I was there getting tuned back in Feb. Munoa Performance is in orem right next to turbo laboratories

Honestly, Cobb makes good products and they are very good with subies. . . But i've had buddies that had Cobb tune/work on there evo and lets just say it didn't turn out as well for what they charged. . I'm not trying to put them down, but honestly, I think Solid does ALOT better job when it comes to evo's. Just my .02 cents....

COBB is technically closest to you But they aren't much closer than Solid.

Anyway, Vesko does great work... But will only pencil you in and do the work REALLY well, if you pay him major league dollars... My shattered wheel studs Christmas morning of '06 are proof of that.

Competition Associates dude, amazing driver, really smart... So smart that he sets his priorities to the people with the pockets full of cash... He's not in it to create a big customer service business, and I understand... But that's also why I'd rather go to Solid You know... A place that treats an oil change the same as a full race car build. Now if I was getting suspension set up for the track... I'd save up bajillions of dollars to buy Vesko's time.

I've known him since 06 I believe back when he was still racing a car for my uncle, maybe before 06? I didn't have to pay major league dollars or ever have with him on stuff & hes always way cool on the phone & in person being willing to help me out. I still owe that guy lunch next time I'm up that way

Yeah, he's always willing to help someone out, on his schedule... But don't tell someone to drive clear out to the track so you can work on it while you're working on your race cars... Then decide the race cars have priority for THREE hours. And then when it starts raining push your RACE CARS into the garage and tell the customer to find a garage to do the work in because of the rain, or to go home. And then on top of that don't be pissy as hell when the CUSTOMER finds a place for you to work on the car... after 4 hours of waiting for doing something you said would take 30 minutes. "Oh yes, is easy, take no time at all" Yeah, if you're not a ****ing douchebag.

Maybe he's different now. Or maybe he was in a bad mood then. Regardless, unless I was getting a 3,000 dollar suspension set-up (that wasn't robispec, since I'd be going with Motons), or building a fully track prepped car from scratch, I would not go back to him.

He was prob just in a bad mood or something? He's always nice to me but then again I know him personally. Jake if you were closer to me or I would've been there I would've helped you out & if I'm ever around and anyone needs help working on **** I'll always lend a hand
