Haha I could not sleep last night
Ended up falling a sleep around 5:30 am

I feel like ****
Good plan, not that springs are bad (and if you get a good set like Booster got they'll even help with handling), especially not for the money, but coils really do make that big of a difference over springs. I remember when I put the JICs on the old Evo... mmmm delicious.
Does sound like a pretty sick set-up. You driving the car in the winter I take it? 255s will get up on the snow a lot easier btw though, just so you're prepped
I had dedicated snow tires on the Porsche, and the fronts were always fine, but because the rears were so wide (265) they'd pick up on the surface of the snow and essentially hydroplane on the top of snow a lot. Like big ol' snow shoes. You'll do fine in the snow, I'm sure, but just to let you know the wider the tire the more the potential for... um... snowplaning?
Mostly just happened when it had snowed hard and the plows hadn't come yet... You know, the type of weather where no other Porsche was on the road except for me
I'd be tempted to come but for waking up super **** early to go to the autocross... One of these times we're gonna come though!
+1 And where and how much! I still need to go talk to Wheel Werks, someone on Nasioc mentioned they'd do the unmounting and remounting of the tires and storing the car during the process and everything. Take all the headache out of it.
Or you just need to talk to Chad and get those gold wheels for me!

, ill run stockers in the winter with the normal tires so i'll be good
Powdercoat the stockers a cool color and save the rest for go fast bits! 1600 is very close to buying a pretty decent set of coilovers.
Dallin, did you post a link at one point for all the E85 stations around town? Or was that just in Orem? More and more I think about it the more I wanna save up to get a full TBE and the necessary parts for me to run E85 and start running it. That way I can make fun of all the hippies in their hybrids.
Guarenteed if I still had the Evo I'd be running corn juice on it now. Moton clubsports, corn juice, like an FP Red, S1s, TBE, IX front and rear bumpers and IX interior... Hmmm... sometimes I wish I kept it, then I remember what a PITA it was.
