Sorry couldn't tell you on the TQ specs for the rod ends. Someone did post a Service Manual in the forum somewhere. I'll see if I can find it and send you a link if I can find it. Also responded to your PM on that boost gauge sensor.
I have an old 4g64 Long block from my last 3g eclipse. I spun a bearing or threw a rod though and haven't opened it up yet to see if the crank is able to be machined or if it's garbage.

Haha Well There is the HPF Kits for the BMW's
Stage 1 is 13.5K and Stage 4 is $40G'S
Now that is a Expensive Turbo Kit
