while were on the subject, will the stock size tire fit on 17x9 rims??? or will they looked all caved in???

I am wanting a change and to go a little wider. These wheels are 17x8.5 and stock tires should work fine on them but I am running a 255/40/17 and they have no rubbing issues and measure 9 inch wide on the ground

Spec for wheels. 17x8.5 tires 255/40/17 Kumho MX perfect fitment for evo. +35mm i think

I don't think the stock tires would look great on a 17x9 though. Probably sell the stocker and buy a set of Falkin RT-615

It would have to be later in the day (after 3:00 p.m. Im going to St. Anthony this weekend) but that would work out good. You can buy the coupler from me as well. You'll just have to look at where my clutch is engaging because I can't explain it.



Hey Ben, any word on my tuner lite yet?? I want to buy that innovate lc-1 gauge display wideband, but I need to sell that blasted tuner light first. I'll try calling you later today.

 

He said he tested it and it is working fine now. So looks like it was just a fuse. We is going to tune with it to make sure it is perfect then send it back with our next shipment from them. Should only be a week and a half until it is back.
