Utah Evos

I always assumed the dyno numbers were closer to 240 or 250 to the wheels for the Evo. If it's only 193 ... I need to come with some new excuses for how he beat me at Spring Mountain.

No other Evos ran that day so I do not have anything to compare it to. You need to get your son's on there and see what it does, then I will have something to compare it to.
Now if only I cold take it to Modern anytime anyday and they could do it, too bad you have to reserve it like 4 months it advance cuz they're always to dang busy, but I'm gonna do the baseline for sure sometime soon. If you read about dynos on here though, you'll discover a lot of Evos run a lot of very varied numbers depending on a million things
Yes, I got a printout of my runs.
All dynos can be adjusted which in turn effects the #'s. Alot of it has to do with the operator. The guys I went down with went there because they trust Christian more then the local Idaho guys, I went because it is the only AWD dyno close to me. Were the numbers low maybe yes, maybe no, looks very similar to other runs on Mustang dynos so I am not worried. In reality it was just a baseline run to have an idea where the car was. Now I can see what each mod does and not guess whether I am making more power or not. The car feels fast and accelerates hard so I am not concerned with what #'s the dyno showed.

I have called them recently, and Christian is usually available to do a baseline all the time. You just have to call about a week in advance.
We were going to try and organize an Evo Dyno day where we would get a discounted rate, but I just need to know who is actually interested. The prices would be from 90-100.00 and maybe more if you wanted the wideband.
I would probably be in. Last time it was $80 and then $25 for the wideband and if you were tuning there was an hourly charge, just fyi.
I would just need a new baseline with the new exhaust. Just got the downpipe and waiting to hear from Scott about a cat (reminder if you forgot).

Yeah we are spoiled but you picked the wrong time to go. Cause we just go over 2 feet in the mountians.
