I'm strongly looking at the GT3071R running at 25-30psi max

I'm only looking to run low 11s high 10s!!
Looking at the GT3071R cause I can get one for significantly less than the GT35R kit.

If you're going to run a standalone, save yourself the hassle of upgrading, and just get the 1000cc's. If you are NEVER going to go standalone, go 780cc's.

Go with the 35R, you'll have fast enough spool to do what you want, and probably will be satisfied enough that you won't need to upgrade for a while.

You'll be unhappy with the 3071 after one season, I almost guarantee it. Ask Zach how he felt about his 50trim

I don't think the 3071 will even flow 30 psi. I would say consistenly 25-26
