Utah Evos
It is a huge track, so it should be big turbo friendly. But it won't be sure until someone gets out there and verifies. But overall it is going to be good to high power cars.
Zach, get some stickier tires and sign up for the NASA event on the 20th of May - $210 and it runs the full 4.5 mile track. I'm going, Adam and Erich from Provo will be there along with Douchbag and son. Woo-Woo.

Scott, I just got my car back on the road after 3 months of crap with Fedex!! Got a new 5speed tranny & new t.case with Quife LSD alonge with an Exedy twin. If ya wanna see the difference Launch Control does let me know!! I have it tuned in on my car... just have to wait for another 450 wear-in miles before though!!
For those that don't know... I had to get all new stuff cause Fedex dropped the tranny and broke it both times that they were shipping it!! I finally had a couple friends drive out to Ohio to ShepRacing and pick up the new Tranny so it wouldn't get damaged!! (Yes Fedex f'd it up that bad the second time that it was a total loss on the tranny) Bought a new t.case cause I broke three teeth on the ring and one tooth on the pinion. Also wanted to upgrade the LSD to a Quife!!! Everything is cryo treated so it should handle a little longer!! Next is stage 5 axles and alky injection. then next winter its on... GT35R and AEM EMS along with the rest of the supporting mods needed in the turbo upgrade.
So anyways, when's the next cruise?!?

Everyone has 35R's it's no big deal.
I predict you blowing up your nice new tranny with that big clutch and launch control. You will be blowing fire and launching at every stop light.

I would like to thank Brandon and/or colleagues for the BrokenIpods.com business cards, I don't know what I would've done without them... But you missed Zach's Evo that was two feet from mine (and yellow).
And really ckjeepin, it was the one a year that people like Jared are going to go to...

Hey All,
Thanks for putting the track tour together as far as getting us all out there. What was a smooth surprise was seeing about 5 road track bike buddies. Therefore I spent about 1hr. talking with them, and getting them to *hack, shhhhh* show me the track a little closer than others. hehe. All they could say was MMP is an awesome FAST track. Fast, as in as fast as you can get a bike to go on it, is fast, fast. So yes, start getting those big turbos ready to spool, and big brakes ready to haul away all that speed before a corner.
The shortest path I think I'm going to get on track this year might just be a roadbike.
I did notice one thing I need to improve on. Teh sloutch. How does one actually learn the elusive EVO driving technique of teh sloutch as in sloutching when driving your auto?
Was a good event again, and I look forward to some other EVO events.
Cheers,
~j.

I'll be at MMP come out there.
And I don't "roll tough" in the slouch. That's for Vin Diesel.
