Anyone headed out to Wendover for the SCCA event after? I will be, so we can just caravan out.
I think Larry Miller is giving all of us rides around the track on his Segway.

BTW Kodiak +0 my friend is not sure he can go at all now. If he does he will meet us out @ MMP.

This sort of thing can also happen with cloth fiberglass, but less likely so because when most people use cloth, they put a little more effort into prepping the surfaces when things are bonded together.
The part also is very mechanically prone to the resin that is used to hold everything together; and for looks, the gelcoat layer used at the top to provide practically a seal to the outside world. I wish there were more effective research done into getting more temperature extreme flexiable polyurethane resins out. They're getting close, but of course, it would be nice to have something 'yesterday.' Cracking like you described on that bumper probably was through the gelcoat layer, and then deeper down into the part. A good resin bond would have stopped the crack at the gelcoat layer, and not allowed it to spread.
90% of the potential strength, flexibility, and use of the fiberglass comes in the layout, planning, and prep. of the glasswork.
Regardless, I'm excited to come meet ya'll on Sat. Too bad we can't get out onto the track, but hopefully we'll see a few gents out there.
Cheers,

Well for a $250 downpipe costing $500 to order in for it, say a catback is around $800 so ordered would be around $1500... That's $2000 for EVO 6 exhaust special order here to the states. $1000 is still half.
But I have no idea. Cobb will do a good job, and they are the only ones who can tune it on the stock ECU.
