Good numbers. 340 whp uncorrected will scoot pretty well. 91 octane or race fuel? Drive the hell out of it and it should be in the 11s up here.

As for the highest HP Subaru locally making 280 WHP...mwahahahahaha

Ankle shmankle, put a brace on it. It's not like go-karting requires much motion of the foot/feet anyway.

Adam's dyno is a lot more accurate than say, a dynojet. I would add at least 20% for dynojet numbers as well.

Anyone here have any experience with a 20g?

Hi my name is Dallin I am the guy with the EVO 4. I am rebuilding my motor and will be done by the end of the month. I think that there should be a BBQ and dyno day some time next month. I will need a good Tune and dyno soon. also I am going to do pistons and rods and would like to know what you guys would do and what compression? I have been told wiseco or JE pistons and crower rods. what would you do?

Welcome Dallin,

From the mouth of Falkner Racing .. yes, yes, and yes. If it were me, I'd definately go with Wiseco or JE and Crower Rods.

How'd you get a hold of an EVO IV?

nice to see you here dallin. i was disappointed when joe told me he sold the evo (because I didn't get it from him). i ended up getting my own evo 9 a little while ago, but i still absolutely love your ride. glad you are re-building the motor. should be a fast little bugger after!

Does any one have any timing belts and or cam gears that they do not want anymore? I need them for a school project.

You are kidding, right? This was a stock turbo, correct? And you are trying to say it would make 475 WHP on a dynojet??? Please explain how a 44 pound/min turbo is going to do that.

Not trying to stir up ****, but the car made 342.5 WHP. Look at the "POWER" value, not the "Powcorr." Look at the P/Pc...1.158 It's called a correction factor...

342 WHP on a stock turbo and 91 octane is nothing to be disappointed with. 400 is unrealistic. Go do some searching, you'll find that a well tuned, heavily modded stock turbo Evo at sea level will be pushing it to make 370 WHP on 93 octane. I'm talking Ivey tuning and a hard core stock turbo setup here. Yet you beat it by 20 WHP at 4200' with probably half the mods and you aren't interested in why you made more power?

On the mustang dyno wouldn't those numbers really be cut down. I'd love to get on a dynojet and see higher numbers but when it comes down to it. I don't really care I got 50whp out of my tune in Vegas on the mustang dyno from Clark Tuner and thats whats nice
