I can probably shoot some pics. IC is still on the car. Wheels are in ok shape, I bought them as race wheels and they were not perfect when I got them. Tires are a little less then 4/32nd iirc. I will get them out thes weekend and shoot the pics.

I live up in ID, but you can come up if you want. Road trip

RA1's = street tires. JK, but maximum grip, they do not have. The break-away is very predictable and easy to manage, however. Which makes it a great tire for learning, but not so great for going fast.

Actually, when my a046's wear out, i will probably run RA-1's as my summer tires. I thought they were pretty reasonably priced, like $600 for the set or so.

A048's ftw! Hopefully at least. First time running them...

What size, offset, etc.? With or without tires?
What kind of shape are they in? Any pics?

They are in almost perfect shape, there is a one spot that a rock chipped the finish but you have to look for it. They are 18x8.5 +30 (iirc) and have tires (though 2 of them are pretty much done).

There are some pics of my car here: http://www.spooledproductions.com/Pi...vo8/index.html

They do give up some ultimate grip to better autox and track tires, but they end up lasting longer and they get faster and faster as they wear while some others have a more limited useful life. I bought mine full depth and have a little over 2100 miles on them and 180 autox runs, and they are just less then half remaining. I figured they would last this summer and I would need a new set.

Yeah, i ran them shaved on my integra. They feel really good, and are very predictable, which in some ways, can make you faster. And the tires just previous to them that i ran were v710's, which are not really road race tires, imo.

Thats probably why i didn't enjoy the grip. I think they could be sweet on the street tho. Dude, you autox A LOT!!

I did a bunch last year, but that includes a autox school where we did 30 run in one day and 3 events with 2 people driving my car.
