Utah Evos
yah i should of added that, arent the rota's really weak? i would buy them if i was looking for a cheap wheel on a street car that looked decent and if i didnt want to put out the money for the real versions. i would seriousely buy rpf1's or nto3+m's if i didnt buy my volks
They will be fine for a street car I ran a set on my old WRX but I don't think I would buy another set. I would rather spend a little more and get a non knock off wheel just to help support real companies
I've seen lots of Rotas raced on. Granted, it has been primarily on lightweight Hondas and auto-X. It makes me wonder if some of these wheels happened to meet some curbs or something.
That slipstream makes a pretty rad Ninja star though...
There is a bit more of a price difference between a Rota and a Volk then "a little" though. At least double... They aren't incrediably stronger or lighter either as my last Volks bent just as easy some cast wheels I've owned. They were also only about 1.5 pounds lighter then a good cast wheel.

Almost there guys, I should be driving it friday. So only thing that sucks is the dumb ***'s when they painted the trunk they sprayed the tops of my cusco coilovers. I told them wtttttttfffffffffffffffff they better get that **** off or I'm going to go sparrrtaaaaaa on their bish ***'s

ps. Rota's suck!
JK, It's a great "looking" wheel. I don't think it is wise to go to hpede's on them our cars are too heavy. The heat and stress will cause them to go boom. Lets just say that Ben's photos aren't the first that I have seen with center section broken out. I had a set of SSR competions that I hit pretty hard at an event and they stayed together but if they were rota wheels I would bet my bottom dollar they would have exploded and my car would have been on the ground with more serious damage some where else. Fick and Jason saw them (SSR) they can attest to their durability. If the stock Eight wheels are good enough for Group N Tarmac racing they are good enough for me.

i would like to find someone local that does good tuning for the evo, anybody have any suggestions? i know a lot of people on here recomend mail in's through dino flash but i already went that route once and was not completely satisied so i'm looking for someone to road tune, probably within the next week would be nice.
