Utah Evos
"Uh, no, you're like 16, why would I let you test drive my car? You think I wasn't 16 once?" Hell, I was surprised so many places/people let me drive their Carreras when I was looking around at 21.
FYI: anyone looking for an evo locally avoid Ken Garff downtown. They claim to have a mint condition red evo iX RS for sale. It is an absolute piece of junk. It looks like some one moddified it heavly before and then threw a bunch of stock evo VIII parts on it and traded it back in. The tranny makes so much noise you could not hear the radio, and all three "tarmac, snow, and gravel" lights where on. But the best of all when I opended the drivers door the bolt was loose and the door fell off!!
What an experience.... now you all have been warned.
Anybody have a nice local evo for sale so I don't have to fly all over the US just to get one!

teamsprock, I have a 06 silver IX with 10,900 miles. I had an exhaust on it, but I have put the stocker back on. I have an aftermarket radio with Ipod adapter and a 10' sub in the back. It has an apexi intake on it right now. Only problem is, I'm trading it in at 6 tonite on a new car. If you want it, you'll have to be quick!
Jay,
Thanks so much, I can't believe the deal actually all worked out, I hope it worked out nicely for you as well. I just picked up the car this afternoon, I have only put about fifteen miles on it and now I am stuck at work! Thanks again for letting me in on such a great deal. I might have to take you up on buying your stock lip so I can run that during the winter!
Thanks,
Jake (proud new owner of nsanbyker's evo IX)

Does anyone have there stock suspension that is just laying around and they aren't doing anything with it? I would like to see if it fits on my car and how similar they are, so I can see if I can get away with buying a newer evo suspension instead of wainting forever to get stuff from Japan. and they don't make Super Racing's for my car and that is what I want. So I think if the newer evo suspension can fit then I can just get that.
06 Evo MR in Cedar City
Hey all. I've got an 06 MR down in Cedar City. I am thinking about going to Cobb Tuning in SLC to get the Accessport and Turbo back kit. Has anyone used COBB? Any thoughts??? Thanks.
However, I can say that all the guys at COBB are great and you definitely won't be disappointed.
I will also say that you could just get your car EcuFlashed by FickerFlash and Munoa Performance and save yourself 500 bucks on the AccessPort (But you lose the ability of switching between two maps on the fly without a laptop and a cable, course, you can still switch maps, provided you have Ficker flash multiple and save them on your laptop and buy the appropriate cable). Probably save you a decent chunk on the dyno time too, if you get tuned instead of just some base flash.

I'm glad you're enjoying your new ride
