I do like the 1g but it doesn't hold boost that great in the 26-30psi range thats why I was going to crush it. With the meth I plan on running more boost, I might just got with the jdm mr ix later? At this point I wonder if I can & should try to cancel the order with buschur? All my vegas friends have Tial...I wonder if I should go that route??

ok so I just called buschur to cancel but it has already shipped & I asked him about it, he said I should use the red spring since I'm going to high boost & I ordered some arp head studs while I was on the phone with him wich is good cuz I totally forgot about that and glad the guy asked if I had em.

**** wish me luck on that forge you guys got me all scared about it now

wesside, I ran the same uicp with the same flange as you and I was running meth at 28 lbs of boost. I ended up running a dejontool BOV adaptor (BOV-F from here: http://evo.dejonpowerhouse.com/) which is usually used to allow 2g DSM to run an evo or 1g DSM BOV but worked great to allow me to run a IX valve on my buschur uicp without any welding/cutting. The forge rs was the first part I got rid off my second Evo, the fluttering was always there no matter how it was adjusted nd no matter what spring.

Sounds like I'm going to have to find someone to trade me + cash or resell the thing? Now I don't even wanna put it on my car but I should purchase that part asap so I can grab a diff bov

I ran that guy for close to 3 years on my car with the 35R, never had a problem with flutter, or bleed off.

It's been replaced with a tial now, but I was always happy with it. I ran the Red spring from day one.

I may have lucked out and got a good one, or Jeremy may have got one out of a bad batch. Jeremy doesn't lie about stuff, and i'd take his word for pretty much anything.

I just wanted to add my .02, I never had a problem with mine.

no the one that liberty posted is the rs, the one that you bought and that jerimy and i had a problem with is the forge evo dv. i think they are different. anyways, if you dont like it buschur has a great return policy, i used mine for about 2 months before i could get my hands on something else and they still let me return it

hell yea if they will let me return it I think I might head up there and have fick tune my rizzide with the meth. I do have some fuel injectors to pick up from a buddy in vegas and gotta install some head studs too so I might tune it there

but I am going to come up there xmas weekend to see some family if it snows you think my yoko advan s4's will be okay? Last time I drove in snow was the accident

Do the '05s have traction control? You got hit too, you didn't hit someone, as I recall... I would think you should be decent just remember to go really really really slow. The first weekend it snowed hard here (that Friday I did donuts after Huka Bar...) I still had the summer tires on the Porsche (and from the name that I've never heard of I don't think they're super awesome tires either) and it drove decent with stability/traction control on as long as I wasn't screwin around...

05's have acd & lsd
yea I was rear ended just before cedar city. When I bought the tires I have on now I made sure they did alright in rain and had some snow.

I got rid of the falken avenis's that I had on in the accident
traded them for defi controler & gauges 60mm oil pressure, boost, exhaust temp

but I won't lie I'll probably get a little nervous the first time I drive my car in snow again it will be a year in feb since the last time I did
