For you guys with the new IS250s and 350s good luck in the snow lets just say your going to miss your evos this winter. I drove through parleys canyon last night around six it was a nightmare because of all the fwd and rwd cars all over the side of the road it went down to one lane at one point and i saw two IS300s and a lot of other rwd cars stuck like no other it was funny. I put my snow tires on a weak ago and with the acd I can't even make it slide if I try, The funny thing is I've been drooling over the new bimmer 335 coupe and the new m3 but I think I'll just stick with the evo for a while

 

Ya i Needed a camera and just got one last week for my birthday. Now I just need to get my brother to come play with and some more snow.

Don't some of the IS250 come AWD?

Well guys I will be on my way up there hopefully before noon it doesn't look like its going to snow wich is good cuz I haven't driven in the snow since I got rear ended. Anyway maybe I'll see some of you guys around. I'm not heading home till christmas day.

And yeah, Friday morning on my way to work people were going like 20-40mph max on the freeway... and there I am zig zagging going 70+ I think its just a "I'm a spazzy Utahn" thing more than a rwd/fwd/awd thing.

also along with selling your evo to get a luxury car... some of you probably know mike self (got an 06 evo mr fully loaded when they came out) he was 15 when he got the car, put about 10k into it, drove it for 2k miles then he traded it in for that yellow s4 that was at audi! so at the age of 16, his evo wasnt good enough so he traded it for a 60k s4

 

S4's are slow, my slow *** truck will embarass a stock one, but it would probably embarass a stock evo too.

 

My s4 is pretty fast

The exhaust manifold/turbo manifold I have no idea really my friend steve in vegas gave it to me, I think its something along the line of like a ss autochrome, obx or a mid grade one. He had it painted blue and I had it sandblasted then I heatwrapped it.

His evo is sick 35r/advans/rotoras and lots more

 

Meh, just open the door and do a couple 100 mph runs in the neighborhood, that oughta clear off the snow

 

Hey guys i don't know to many people with evos, so i thought i would ask some local people that would know.
Would it be a good idea to get a used evo 8 35r. I am looking at buying the one in Idaho that is for sale by NIEVO. Would this be a good idea?

 

Jeremy would likely know the guy (because, there's only 10 people living in Idaho anyway :lo Maybe he can shed some light.
