I would love for it to be under 100$, but I could also go for an oem style one and do the home made version. Just can't decide on which way to go.

But here's a better pic of my hood during the day. Still had a few streaks. Thinking another can would smooth it all out hopefully tho.

Well, I finally got an update here. Thanks to Avirex I bought his strut bars and his led emblems Wednesday. I found time yesterday to install the strut bars after I had painted the black mounting areas on the front strut bar blue. I know an extreme difference with these strut bars on. One of the greatest things I have purchased.

The rear one is also installed, even with a sub back there, forgot to grab a picture of it.
The emblems will have to wait, the rear one I might be able to get on this weekend but the one I want to put up front will have to wait for me to modify my grille into a mesh one or until I buy a mesh grille.

Yeah agreed . How much was those struts and do you feel an increase and handling ?
I like your hood too I thought about doing that to mine but I'm going to add carbon fiber vynl to it gunna be sick I would get the actual carbon fiber with vents but it cost like 700+ and is less safe if I were to get in a head on collision .

Sorry guys been working on some other stuff lately. Haven't been able to mess with the car really at all. Ordered a sri but it doesn't fit after putting it on the car. So I have the choice to alter that one or wait for my tax refund money to come in and buy a new one. I will definitely be tinting my windows amd finishing up my exhaust at an exhaust shop, but still trying to figure out what else I wanna do to the car. I might get a new wing, evo style if any, tail lights, some new fogs, or mess with the interior a bit. I haven't fully decided on anything quite yet except for the exhaust and windows definitely.

I bought the strut bars off of a fellow member on here (Avirex) who sadly had to part out his car to help his family.
As for the performance aspect of them, the car doesn't dip hard on most corners, unless I'm doing some really aggressive driving (most of the time), and it really keeps the car level and helps in turning a lot. Definitely worth the buy.

Yeah I wanted a different hood but I ain't got the money to drop on one so I opted for the cheap way, and I love plasti dip so I went with that. It looks even better in person, but there are a few flaws in it as it was my first time for doing a large surface. Good thing this stuff can be resprayed right over itself. Lol.

Yeah they aren't on our cars because they are evo wings lol. I like them but if I could find a real nice trunk lip one I will go for that, if it's a reasonable price that is.

And yeah the strut bars are usually hard to come by for a good price, at least that I could find anyway. But after putting them on, I would've paid for them for a good price if I woulda known how much of a difference they made. A drop, even a slight one, would also help that handling and of course sway bars.

Nice lancer. What's the purpose of the four fogs instead of just two?

I originally had just the front two nd then one night I was driving homw and noticed my lights don't shine too far outwards amd I have to drive a ton of countryish back roads with lots of animals, so I decided to throw 2 more on and shine them a bit outward. They work like a charm too and I was going for more of a rally look so that helps also. Lol.

Not very many people are a fan of the look but I went for functionality over appearance. I will be getting different ones as these are cheap Walmart brand ones, I just haven't decided what brand or size yet.

They are some Walmart brand, after burners or something like that. They now have a set out (at least at my Walmart that are four or five leds instead) but I like them a lot. I might be removing mine and getting some new ones tho just because I want prolly a bigger size and leds and to mount them a bit better.
As for the wiring, we tried to run it close to thw ppassenger side of the firewall and ran it through a hole we had drilled for my audio stuff then it was just simply runn Ing the wires to where u want the switch mounted. I ran the power wires to a fuse in thw fuse box inside the cabin of the car so I didn't have to use a ton of wire.
I used about 3 or 4 can on the hood. Only to reduce what they call tiger stripping. It's difficult to not get. I still have to go back over it several more times to work it all out. But it was my first big surface area so I was just trying to get used to it
