Fairly difficult. Our cam can't just be lifted out like they do on the Evo. It has to actually slide out the side of the engine. To do that, I think you'd either have to tilt the engine (hard) or remove the head (less hard?) Once you got the head off I think you'd have to remove the rocker assembly to be able to slide the cam out.

BTW, I hope I'm wrong and RRM has a way to do it without pulling the head.

How much $$$ for preorder on the cam. I could do this although I would rather see some graphs first.

Unfortunately Otter, I think you are right on this one. Pull the head, remove the rocker assembly.
Unless RRM has found an easier way......

Should be able to do by sliding cam out on the Tranny side of the head. Not sure about instructions but needless to say it is not like installing a SRI. IF you suck mechanically get it professionally done. Pricing is still not set yet but call on Monday. talk to me only about it. It will be more than the OZ cam but just not sure yet.

talked to Rob, may save some people a phone call.

the head. its not just a port and polish, they rebuild it valves and all. def. worth the price and if i had the money in the bank i would have ordered it today.

I plan on the cam by the end of the week. doesnt sound like it will be a core swap.

pretty much it sounds like its going to be another great part on RRMs list.

What exactly does the new cam do compared to the stock one? (...exposing my limited engine knowledge...)
