The final parts list is now:

Outlander AWD Trailing Arm Left

Outlander AWD Trailing Arm Right

Trailing Arm Bushing x 2

Fuel Sending Unit

Fuel Suction Hose

Fuel Pump

AWD Fuel Tank

Left Rear Axle

Right Rear Axle

Left Front Axle

Right Front Axle

Exhaust Joining Clamps

Exhaust Elbow Peices

Axle Washers & Nuts

Rear Differential Assembly

Rear Differential Support Crossmember

Rear Differential Bracket

Differential Mount Bracket Left

Differential Mount Bracket Right

Transfer Case

Transfer Case water feed hoses

AWD Transaxle Rear Roll Mount

Propeller Shaft Assemly

Rear Wheel Bearings

AWD Manual Transaxle

Each month, I'll be spending 3/4 of my disposable income to get this complete as quickly as possible - but it could take up to 5 months - the rear diff is £1000, transfer is £1000 and the transaxle is £1000 so that is 3 months there, but everything else is ok. Im anticipating 6 months until work starts. Ill post photos of the parts I recieve, and give you an updated list, because I know one of the worst things on EvoM is when someone says they are gonna do something - then go quiet and maybe never hear of it again.

A rough plan for parts buying is as follows:

Month 1 (Already Bought and on its way):

Trailing Arms
Fuel Sending Unit
Trailing Arm Bushings
Rear Left Axle
Rear Right Axle

Month 2:

AWD fuel Tank
Fuel Pump
Front Axle Left
Front Axle Right
Transaxle Mount
Transfer Case water hoses

Month 3:

Propeller Shaft
Diff brackets

Month 4:

Transfer Case

Month 5:

Rear Diff

Month 6:

Transaxle

Which area will you start on first? Rear crossmember mounting, fuel tank, transmission? I would assume you would see about getting the rear crossmember installed, the the suspension and get it to driveable condition again before you mount the rear dif. Right?

It'll all be done at the same time in my mates garage, like the engine swap. Probably take a bout a week.

The AWD will take about 1 second off my 0-60 time and make the car a little slower, but when you can accelerate hard in the wet - who cares?

Never accelerate hard in the wet, thats how evos end up wrecked, because noobs think AWD makes them invincible. I would hate to see a project like that ruined because you accelerated and lost control. Good luck with the project.

Like others have said, Daivlo you've been one mother ****ing crazy inspiration to many here, good luck on the AWD conversion.

And I agree with Karta, since there is nothing like what you will have done, don't **** it up after!!!!

Yeah I understand about Evo's not being invinceable, what I mean is a reduction in wheel spin, during moderate wet driving.

You should think about bugging ROCK about this one to sell a kit for it if/when you ever figure it out!
