At least Mitsubishi OFFERS them. They're not even OPTIONAL on the STI or WRX.

yea the wrx seats i found very cheap feeling as well as the whole interior feeling. Even the base lancer is a step up from the WRX interior

wow I really thought it was going to be fwd all this time, and now they whoop out with awd, that is wicked! This actually might be the lancer to have opposed to the evo. I mean the options on it seem evo8-9 esque. If it only had a manual trans option.

Mistu said that they might make a manual trans in the later production my guess is they will... They just want to pump out and sell as much SST cars as possible to help pay for all the time and money spent in development. Im guessing manual trans will be released anywhere between a month to 3 months following first release of the RA.

Just my thoughts

Mitsu kindve confuses me with the press release of the new RA. In my opinion with the release of the Evo X and the new RA, whats going to make people buy the Evo over the RA? All the evo offers over the RA is 70 more hp, recaros standard, different wheels and little different exterior. Personally for me, i'll save myself 10k if it means 70 less hp and the exterior looking only a little bit different. Correct me if im wrong though. I also think the new RA will come with a 5spd, i just think the SST is a marketing ploy. We'll see come this summer, but if it does come with a 5spd then im looking at my new car and i'll deff pay a little extra for those sweet recaros.

Wider wheel base better suspension and AYC.... it would be cheaper to buy a base gsr then to tune a RA up2 an evo

Brembos, "large-type" spoiler, sweet BBS/Enkei wheels instead of the GTS (knockoff IS250) wheels, aluminum roof, and presumably the Evo is closer to 50:50 due to the heavier rear diff, and rear battery/washer fluid tank.

If you do get inside confirm if the rear seats are fold down or not. This will be a big factor in whether I decide to get this car or not and from what I've seen I really want it.

I really don't see a point in spending 10+k to get an evo when this is going to be available. Automotive suicide/cannibalism this is.
