Cobb AP for 2011 Evo X?
dude.. if anyone should supply an ETS intake map.. it's ETS.. cobb makes no money on supplying you with an OTS ETS map..
All they should have to supply is COBB maps.. They give us ATR so we can fine tune maps to our cars and our altitude and our type of fuel that we have locally.. + jon is offering you the ability to fine tune your data logs for you via this thread..
do us all a favor, start showing the after market scene the respect they deserve.. other wise you may as well drive a gen coupe with 3-4 companies that offer decent products.. We have 1000's of options..

but cobb has no problems taking $600 from my pocket for a cellphone sized device right? likei said this is my second evo x, it wasnt an issue with my 2010 and shouldnt be an issue with my 2011. you being a fanboy is not necessary, i simply asked a question, not for you comments on what i should drive or not.
How "common" is an ETS intake?
As ive probably said about 40 times so far in this thread
use the Cosworth maps i posted it should supply enough fuel. Then do a datalog (using the methods i posted here ) and put it in that thread ill try to take a look and see where its at

Cobb didn't TAKE your Money you chose to purchase an Accessport.

Cobb is ramping up the OTS maps as we type to cover the 2011 and 12. They should be ready soon. Problem is not having the vehicles in house to test on.
People through the community have been nice enough to lend cars to us to make maps on but there aren't that many 2011-2012 in Austin for them to use.
I had 2011 maps done in June/July but i had to borrow dyno time since ours wasn't really functional till 12/11. We have OTS maps for certain parts, the community has to realize that we cant go and make maps for evey combination of parts from every Tom dick and harry company. The methods in my post above will show you how to datalog (which btw is a good idea anyway) and i can learn ya how to check and adapt your OTS for you own car.

Got excited....
Cobb Website is updated - to show 2011/2012 model and has the below link update.
http://www.cobbtuning.com/AccessPORT..._EVOX_Map_Grid
and beta map for stock intake -
http://www.cobbforums.com/forums/sho...Evolution-X-MR
If the MAF housing is not changed, does the filter really affect these maps?
i.e. would it be more beneficial to continue to run the ALPHA maps with a modded intake - or - the BETA release for stock intake with a modded intake?
Or hold off, because the Intake specific maps are around the corner...?
